Guided tour

Take a step into our world and find out about the various steps involved in making eaux-de-vie:

Preparation of fruit (fermentation/maceration)
Distillation with our superb copper stills
Ageing in our 3 fantastic lofts where 1,200 demijohns of eau-de-vie are stored
Bottling room, etc.

The tour ends with a nice opportunity to taste our products. You can pick any items you wish to sample, although in moderation.

I am visiting on my own

Guided tours available Monday to Friday from 1 July to 31 August : at 10.30 am and 3.30 pm. Rest of the year: Tuesday at 3.30 pm.

You don’t need to book.
Just go to the shop at the time of the tour you wish to attend.

Prices: Monday to Friday: free tour and tasting.Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: €4/pers – includes 1 free miniature.
We welcome all types of groups and endeavour to cater for each individual request.

70% of the tour is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The ageing loft is on the first floor (accessed by steps).

Animals are not allowed during the guided tour but can wait for their owner in the lawn just in front of the shop.
