La Welche beers

We also brew beer at our brewery in Lapoutroie, the Brasserie du Pays Welche.

We took over this small brewery in the heart of the Pays Welche, a small French-speaking region in the Alsatian Vosges.
We use organic barley and wheat malts with hops to provide a bitter, fragrant touch. Our beers are unpasteurised, unfiltered top-fermented, and refermented in the bottle – beers with character!
